We are seeking a litigation associate with 1 to 7 years’ experience. Ideal candidate will be independent and self-motivate.

Job Details
Ideal candidate will possess
- Excellent academic record
- Active or Pursuing California Bar License
- Experience or exposure to civil litigation and/or insurance defense
- Strong work ethic
- Strong advocacy and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and computer skills
- Strong legal writing skills for written discovery, reporting, and motion preparation
- Ability to take depositions and handle case files
- Desire for court appearances, deposition and trial work
- Ventura County ties or a desire to relocate to the Ventura area
- Professional demeanor, common sense problem solving and can-do attitude
