Job Details
Responsibilities
- Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, pins, height stands on surface plates, vision systems, and manual or programmable CMMs
- Program and run advanced CMM programs
- Utilize control plans and inspection instructions to evaluate product for conformity
- Prepare inspection reports and certification packages per customer requirements
- Document results in a clear and concise manner
- Perform basic to advanced inspection tests
- Perform basic to advanced assembly tasks
- 2-year tech degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in tight tolerance manufacturing environment
- High precision machining experience
- Experience working in a tight tolerance environment
- GD&T knowledge required, certificate preferred
