Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming,, ideally with Mastercam experience. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for various machines using programming software.
2. Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to create accurate, efficient programming.
3. Perform regular machine operation tests to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
7. Train other team members on CNC machine operation and programming as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
2. Proficient in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and machine operation.
3. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
4. Experience with CAD/CAM software (ideally Mastercam).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
7. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field or a related certification is a plus.
