Position Summary The Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of our organization. This includes process and strategy development, reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and system management.

Position Summary The Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of our organization. This includes process and strategy development, reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and system management.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Management of general ledger accounting, ensuring timely and accurate month end close
- Management of AP, AR, fixed assets, and expense management
- Coach and develop accounting department members
- Work with management and consultants to ensure sound forecasting and budgetary control
- Management and improvement of internal controls and processes
- e-commerce and direct-to-consumer analysis to provide financial support to business strategies
- Cash flow management
- Ad-hoc reporting and duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 8 years accounting experience
- 3 years accounting leadership
- Strong ERP knowledge
- US GAAP
- e-Commerce accounting experience
- Retail accounting
- Cost allocations
- Master's Degree
- CPA
