Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop an international product management team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Advocate for customer needs, balancing priorities to maximize market impact and business value.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into product development.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, equipping the sales team with compelling messaging and positioning.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to guide technical design and optimize product delivery.
- Enhance agile product development processes, ensuring alignment with customer success and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably at a high-growth organization.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing product teams.
- Knowledgeable with cloud and data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, & AWS.
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, preferably industry experience at a healthcare payer organization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on, collaborative approach, willing to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
