Salary: $25 - $35 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team for a 6-month contract position in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to our employees and clients, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a 6 month contract role, however we will also provide Gold Tier benefits:
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Document technical problems and their solutions in a timely manner
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments
Perform user administration tasks such as setting up accounts
Assist in training and onboarding new users on software applications and IT systems
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar technical support role
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications
Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
