Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for recruiting international talent? We are looking for a Immigration Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in immigration processes, compliance, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visa procedures, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, TN, and more. This role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining stringent compliance standards.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Immigration Recruiting Specialist, you will

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for international hires, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and retain top international talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Navigate complex immigration procedures and protocols, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, and TN visas.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local immigration and employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to manage the sponsorship process and ensure seamless onboarding of international hires.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide ongoing education and consultation to HR and business teams regarding immigration policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration recruiting or a related role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of immigration processes and visa procedures, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, and TN.
• Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to attract and retain top international talent.
