We are excited to announce a full-time position for a Permanent Lead Echo Tech in our dynamic healthcare team. This is an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual who is ready to lead in our Cardiology Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch echocardiographic services to our patients while leading and mentoring our team of Echo Technicians. This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
As the Permanent Lead Echo Tech, your primary responsibilities will include
- Performing high-quality echocardiographic studies on patients as per established protocols.
- Supervising and training echo tech team members to ensure optimal patient care and efficient workflow.
- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and patient care.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards of practice.
- Assisting in the evaluation of new protocols and techniques in the field of echocardiography.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Lead Echo Tech position should possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an Echo Tech role or similar.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARDMS Certification.
- Proficiency with Flouroy or equivalent echocardiography systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
