Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Representative to join our dynamic legal firm. This unique role involves working closely with the executive team to drive client acquisition, brand positioning, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, with the ability to learn quickly, take constructive criticism, and adapt to a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, social media, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate networking events, sponsorships, and industry partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with legal industry trends, networking groups, and business development best practices.
