Salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year
A Bit About Us
We are a family owned company and have been in business for over 90 years. The type of work we do is very diverse from Shopping Centers to Grocery Stores, Retail Buildings as well as large Self Storage Buildings down to the tiny tenant remodels. This gives us the flexibility to chase multiple types of construction projects and not limiting ourselves. We believe in long term employment and not a revolving door cycling employee’s in and out of our company with the majority of our staff having been here for 15 years. We have a very relaxed atmosphere in our office and can be very generous with half and full days off during certain holidays (in addition to standard Holidays off). We let our employee’s develop their own ways of doing daily tasks especially if it’s more efficient for them.

Job Details
Project Coordinator who will assist Project Managers with the daily tasks from start of construction through the close out process.
This will include
Sending out and executing signatures on sub contracts
Collecting Business Licenses, City Licenses and Insurance documents.
Collecting submittals for review by the Project Manager and submitting them as well as tracking their approval or corrections.
Assisting with the close out documents which includes warranties, as builts and manuals.
Execute new project setup in Procore
Create submittal and procurement logs
Draft subcontract scopes of work
Update project schedules
Work on project closeout
Make shop visits for material fabrication/procurement status updates
Update meeting minutes
Assist in the RFI process
Create and distribute punchlists
Issue bulletins
Follow up on subcontractor Construction Change Notices and bulletin pricing
Review and assemble Construction Change Notices pricing
Full time office position Monday through Friday from 8am to 4 30pm.
There will be full reimbursement for travel but there would be little to no travel needed for this position.
Construction software that will have to be used Procore, Sage Master Builder, RedTeam and Outbuild.
We also do offer a pathway to moving up from your current position if someone would one day want to become a Project Engineer/Manager
