We’re hiring a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to lead tax engagements, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our valued clients. This is a leadership role with room to grow, ideal for candidates ready to take the next step.
What You’ll Do
Manage and review complex tax engagements—individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
Lead client relationships—deliver insights, solve challenges, and identify planning opportunities.
Mentor and develop staff—providing guidance, technical expertise, and feedback.
Drive business development—identify opportunities for new services and build client relationships.
Conduct tax research and communicate findings in clear, actionable ways.
What You’ll Bring
5-10 years of public accounting tax experience.
Active CPA license.
Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills.
Technical expertise in tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses and individuals.
