- Experience in Automotive Class A, Steel and Aluminum would be a Perfect Fit
- Good understanding of Types of Steels, Aluminum, Coatings, Machining Process for Die Repairs
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in handling capital projects, with the ability to lead, coach, and build cohesive cross-functional support teams
- 5 Years Experience in Tooling Management in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment
- Knowledge of Best Practices for New Product Launch, Die Maintenance and Corrective Action Measures
- Ability to Lead a Team of Tooling Technicians and Tool Makers
