As a key member of our executive leadership team, the VP will report directly to the CEO and will have a significant and immediate impact on our operations.

Job Details
Position Summary The VP of Finance will oversee all accounting & finance functions for our company and affiliates including but not limited to financial controls, systems, compliance, accounting, tax, and reporting. As a key member of our executive leadership team, the VP will report directly to the CEO and will have a significant and immediate impact on our operations.
Day to Dy Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting team
- Maintenance of ERP and accounting processes
- Develop and manage annual budgets
- Timely financial reporting
- Budget v Forecast analysis and corrective action
- Development project cost tracking and reporting
- Tax filing / audit coordination
- Cash flow management
- Maintain financial controls
- Partner with other executive leaders on strategy development
- Oversee investments
- Act as liaison for investors, banking partners, and other funders
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 7 years financial leadership roles
- Non-profit industry experience
- Financial reporting knowledge
- Housing / Real Estate industry
- Affordable housing experience
- LIHTC and HUD experience
- CPA
- MBA
