Job Summary
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and managing training solutions that meet the needs of internal clients. The successful candidate will have a background in instructional design, including the development and redesign of both instructor-led and web-based courses. The role requires leadership capabilities, teamwork, and the ability to align training materials with customer needs. This position includes the creation of training programs, guides, and assessments, and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging training materials based on input from SMEs, existing materials, and previous courses.
- Design and develop training courses across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led training, eLearning, simulations, tutorials, and videos.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage the development of training programs from initial concept through final delivery.
- Ensure the training content is effective, engaging, and accessible to all learners.
