Job Description :
GreenStar Power LLC, a family-owned solar company founded in 2017, is looking to hire a part-time or full-time Office Admin / Customer Service representative.
This is a very important position as you will be the first point of contact for potential customers looking for solar services.
Your role will be essential in introducing our company and services to help customers decide if they wish to proceed with our services.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and excellent written communication skills. Customer service and / or office experience is a plus.
This is a W-2 position, and the work will be performed in-office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and managing customer inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Scheduling appointments and referring clients to the VP of service for quotes.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Must have excellent follow-up skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications :
- A good attitude is a must-no drama!
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service or office experience is preferred.
- Must be very detail-oriented.
Additional Information :
- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, but we are flexible when necessary.
- This is a W-2 position, work from the office only.
- The position is open to part-time or full-time applicants.
