Day starts at : 7 : 00AM
Day Ends at : 3 : 00PM
DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :
Maintains max and mins for spare parts,
Process purchases for both system and manual requisitions,
Responsible for all spare part cycle counts, which including consignment inventory,
Responsible for goods received no invoice (GRNI),
Open purchase orders and passed due purchase orders,
Responsible for creating new vendors,
Save costs through COUPA,
Run inventory quality management (IQM),
Responsible for janitorial contractors,
Responsible for waste management purchase orders and invoices
Skills and abilities :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals,
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence,
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization,
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals,
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent; and to draw and interpret bar graphs,
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form,
Ability to operate a computer or other keyboard instrument,
Ability to operate a word processing software, excel and email,
Ability to operate SAP systems,
Ability to effectively negotiate,
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations,
Education :
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
