In this role, you will be responsible for selling Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block products, identifying new opportunities, and fostering long-lasting relationships with customers in the construction industry. - Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue prospective customers and construction projects
- Open and manage new customer accounts and job sites efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local community partners
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and budget goals
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly
- Serve as a key liaison between internal departments including customer service, operations, and accounting
- Support revenue collection activities when needed
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry
- Experience in the concrete industry is strongly preferred
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets company safety standards
