About the Role: We’re looking for a DTC Media Manager (Growth Marketing Lead) to drive strategic growth for TheBar.com in the U.S. This pivotal role will oversee user acquisition, retention, and upsell through digital media campaigns, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, analytics, and brand marketing teams. You’ll be at the center of data-driven decision-making and digital innovation, focused on optimizing the full consumer journey. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site) for a hands-on, consumer-obsessed leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and has deep experience in growth marketing for DTC brands. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy and execution of precision marketing and growth campaigns for TheBar.com
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Brand Marketing to align growth initiatives
- Define and execute a robust growth roadmap that ties directly to user acquisition, engagement, and revenue KPIs
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure proper data infrastructure for user behavior tracking and performance analysis
- Build and manage performance dashboards and scorecards to track growth metrics
- Work with media agencies and data teams to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns
- Leverage consumer insights and design thinking to improve campaign relevance and UX
- Write clear and actionable briefs for internal teams and external agencies, outlining goals, KPIs, and test-and-learn strategies
- Support optimization of the digital customer journey, from first click to repeat purchase
- Background in consumer goods or e-commerce
- Strong data fluency - ability to derive actionable insights from performance reports
- Experience managing external agency partners and media planning
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks
