We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support the daily technology operations of our client's Collaboration Center (DCC)—a 17,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art space featuring 8 experiential rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all technology within the center, including software upgrades, hardware implementation, VR/AR integration, AI-driven projects, and pilot testing of emerging technologies. You will lead the technology operating model, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact collaboration sessions and tech-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all technology within the DCC.
- Oversee software installations, system upgrades, firewall patches, and hardware management.
- Manage VR/AR integration, AI execution, and new technology pilot testing.
- Lead project management for all tech-driven initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to enhance technology services.
- Oversee and manage the server room, ensuring optimal performance of all devices and systems.
- Provide on-site technical support for modular technology, furniture setup, and live demonstrations.
- Assist guests and troubleshoot real-time technology challenges during collaboration workshops.
- Work closely with senior leadership, industry experts, and top-tier clients to deliver a seamless experience.
- Independently run the DCC when needed, ensuring a professional, service-oriented approach at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a technology-driven role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (50% of the role).
- Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, and timeline management.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in the beverage industry, large CPG companies, or collaboration briefing centers.
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
