About the Role:
John Henry’s is dedicated to building and developing a team of outstanding individuals that provide premium quality products and 5-star service while sharing a total commitment to regularly exceeding the expectation of our customers. This is where you come in! John Henry’s is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative.
This will be a part time position, with a schedule of Mon, Thurs, Fri from 11am - 3pm and Sun 8am to Noon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver unbelievable customer experiences by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments for our field technicians
- Learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers
- Take incoming calls, answer questions, and serve as a liaison and advocate for the customers to ensure complete 5-star satisfaction
- Communicate with customers and team members through email, text, and telephone in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to increase the results of the customer service team
- Participate in training so you grow and develop as a professional
- Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, focused on goals and self-driven
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Multi-task and work well under deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organization skills with an attention to details
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to translate that into written format
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
- Lift and/or carry 15 pounds
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
