What You Will Do
- Responsible for leading a team of technical experts across diverse product and business lines.
- Supervise and develop employees to maximize their contributions by applying Principle Based Management (PBM).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), industry contacts, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate and provide technical guidance to end users / licensors aligned with business and operational needs.
- Define technical strategy and roadmaps for the organization, partnering with product line and commercial leaders for fired equipment (process burners, flares, thermal oxidizers).
- Develop, advance, and implement technology strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial viability.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to improve technical and commercial solutions.
