John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add a Global Technology Director of Fired Equipment to our Engineering and Technology team. The preference is for this role to be based in Tulsa, OK but we are open to a remote scenario.

We provide solutions to capture emissions, destroy pollutants, manage waste and heat vital processes to help industries operate more cleanly and efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for leading a team of technical experts across diverse product and business lines.
- Responsible for supervising and developing employees to maximize their contributions by applying Principle Based Management (PBM).
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), industry contacts, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate and support providing technical guidance to end users / licensors aligned with the business and operational needs.
- Define technical strategy and roadmaps for the organization partnering with the product line and commercial leaders for fired equipment (process burners, flares, thermal oxidizers).
- Develop, advance, and implement technology strategies that align with the company objectives and customer needs, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial viability.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to improve technical and commercial solutions.

For this role, we anticipate paying $180,000 - $220,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
