Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and audits.
- Generate accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP and regulatory compliance.
- Develop budgets
- Collaborate with the CEO and Operations leaders on strategic projects.
- Foster team development and strengthen the Johnny Clean brand.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 years accounting experience.
- 4 yr. Accounting Degree.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting cycles (cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Experience with external auditors preferred.
- Experience in Data Analytics or Financial Analytics is a significant advantage.
