We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Johnson Drug Company. Responsibilities
- Manage Financial records, including accounts payable/receivable
- Bank account reconciliation
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing .
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor benefits administration and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in accounting and/or human resources.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
