Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through effective account management and customer service.
- Oversee social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, print advertising, and performance marketing.
- Communicate strategically with contractors and vendors at local networking events.
- Create organic working relationships with potential customers, contractors or partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform advertising sales strategies.
- Collaborate with management and the field teams to create promotional materials and advertisements.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of events or promotional activities that align with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print advertising needs and other marketing materials.
- Taking pictures and videos on various jobsites of progress and daily tasks for promotional purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Self-starter and self-driven.
- An outgoing and confident personality is a must. This includes the ability to conversate with people in the business and organically grow a relationship with potential customers or trade partners.
- A background using cameras and taking photos or videos, and the ability to create a narrative behind your photos.
- Experience with social media, from a marketing perspective.
- Experience with advertising campaigns and the ability to check the analytics behind them.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended weekends for trade shows.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience in advertising sales or performance marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $74,626.00 per year
