Expectations:

  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) Strategy and Development:

§ On branded websites.

§ On Google Ad Campaigns.

o Oversee the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns:

§ Print Marketing.

§ Email Marketing.

§ Social Media Platforms.

§ Google.

§ Instagram.

§ Facebook.

§ LinkedIn.

§ Etc.

· Analyze market trends and consumers needs to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

· Content Marketing:

o Launch new products.

o Continuously update images and descriptions.

o Monitor competition.

· Manage Advertising Spend and Performance:

o Work within budgets provided.

o Improve overall performance.

· Use data analytics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and to optimize future marketing strategies.

· Drive sales.

· Other task/duties as required or requested by upper management.

Skills & Traits:

· A technical mind.

· Reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Content writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and track campaign performance.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales).

· Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage one’s own time.

· Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms.

· Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

· A good sense of humor highly recommended/preferred.

· Honest and ethical.

Education/Experience:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. A Master’s degree in a pertinent area can be advantageous.

· Certifications such as “Certified Marketing Management Professional” (CMMP) or “Digital Marketing Pro” from the Digital Marketing Institute can enhance a candidate’s credentials.

· Proven experience in marketing management and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Salesforce, and others is highly desirable.

· Fluent with Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
