What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Institutional Services Advisor position at Johnson Financial Group?
The Wealth Senior Institutional Services Advisor is responsible for developing new Institutional Services relationships, creating central marketing, target identification and supporting advisors' activities in securing institutional business. The ability to balance new business activities and coordination of the central support for our institutional services business to include cash management, services for government, health care and not for profit are critical in this role.
*Ongoing development and execution of an individual business plan to achieve new business development, client referral and retention objectives
*Coordination and oversight of the central support for Wealth institutional services
*Lead and educate JFG and Wealth partners on institutional service capabilities and processes
*Provide field support as SME for prospecting targets and RFP response
*Identify, develop and execute institutional marketing strategy, to include target identification throughout JFG's client base and for new prospects
*Responsible for determining appropriate product and services selection, as well as ensuring competitive pricing for JFG target market.
*Assemble collaborative teams of specialists to deliver comprehensive advice and solutions spanning insurance, brokerage, mortgage, private and commercial banking.
*Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements and exercising sound judgment.
*Complete, timely and accurate documentation of client relationship through CRM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
*Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of institutional asset management sales. A combination of appropriate education and experience will be considered.
*Demonstrated expertise in sales, networking, negotiating, business acumen and execution.
*Industry specific professional certifications highly desired; CFA or other relevant certificates related to institutional services
*Understanding and strong working knowledge of MS Office products; ability to effectively utilize Bank and Wealth Operating Systems.
