Responsibilities
Pricing:
- Maintain existing customer price lists in SAP and CRM
- Create new customer price books in SAP
- Ensure current products are activated in CRM and available for sales quoting.
- Maintain all customer price sheets.
- Calculate standard costs for company’s finished good inventory.
- Prepare and maintain customer-facing pricing documents, including quotes for sales opportunities.
- Support pricing for new product launches, including calculating container and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with supply chain and legal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in pricing models.
- Assist in preparing pricing analytics to support strategic sales and business decisions.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze sales data, historical buying trends, and specific customer contracts.
- Maintains pricing models of strategic accounts for profit evaluation
- Prepare detailed reports focused on fulfillment rates of stock containers, identify discrepancies, and analyze data to understand trends.
- Identify and correct pricing errors to support profitability improvements.
- Analyze customer data to determine areas of profitability and recommend strategies to improve margins.
- Work with outside sales teams to analyze historical orders and ensure competitive, margin-focused pricing.
Education:
- Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, Analytics, or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of analytical and pricing experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PowerPivot, pivot tables, Vlookup, VBA, Macros, etc.)
- Clear problem solving and investigative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
- Strong system skills – experience with SAP, BW, Microsoft CRM, and Adaptive Insights preferred
- Confidential, understands the ethical standards of accounting
