Job Summary
">We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our efforts in customer engagement and market strategies for the Mood franchise within Neuroscience. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective consumer marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of SPRAVATO.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and ask for SPRAVATO.
- Lead the development of direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaign strategy, including creative development and media planning.
- Elevate the SPRAVATO digital ecosystem to provide an exceptional user experience and drive patient activation.
- Foster culturally inclusive consumer targeting and marketing tactics to address specific under-served populations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant business experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Prior experience in consumer/patient marketing and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment, and drive decision making.
- Strong verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with customers and translating customer needs to the broader organization.
