Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Review and establish customer credit limits
- Review credit holds
- Responsible for tracking status of all receivable balances
- Manage collections
- Apply customer payments and resolve discrepancies
- Apply sales tax and other customer credits
- Prepare and send customer invoices and statements, as necessary
- Customer invoice troubleshooting
- Provide exemplary customer service when assisting with, and resolving, account questions and issues
- Provide insights to CFO for cash projection purposes
- Responsible for accounts receivable monthly metrics
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Work with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
The selected candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
Salary : $45,000
