Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and issuing policies as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while collaborating with agency management.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a property and casualty license within 90 days of hire and maintain licensure by completing continuing education throughout the length of employment. All costs associated with licensure and continuing education are paid and/or reimbursed by Jones Insurance Group, LLC.
- Perform annual policy reviews with insureds and update coverage as needed.
-Process policy changes including vehicles, drivers, coverage limits, and other related items.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, service updates, and account management.
- Review client data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other employees to facilitate seamless service delivery and support for clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in property and casualty insurance is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes is desirable but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail while assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
