The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a highly experienced, motivated, and customer-focused professional to take charge of sales for our kitchen and bath renovation projects. You’ll be an integral part of a winning team, helping homeowners transform their spaces with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.

Key Qualifications:

• Interior Design Degree.
• 5 years of experience in the Interior Design field.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and design software.
• Proven track record in sales management with 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the construction process and home remodeling.
• Solid bidding experience and ability to close deals.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, database management, and email.
• Transportation to client meetings and office.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Salary: $50k with structured commissions—this is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential!
• Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rare Saturday commitments.
• This is a 1099 subcontractor position with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
