Purpose of the Job
Hospitality Staff are responsible for the execution of hospitality and transportation for touring and local artists and their crew who perform at Freeman Arts Pavilion.
Anticipated Work Schedule
This position works a flexible schedule from May through September. Hours are event driven, requiring a combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This may include late nights depending on the performance.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Hospitality Staff are responsible for the execution of hospitality and transportation for touring and local artists and their crew who perform at Freeman Arts Pavilion.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Must be knowledgeable about Freeman Arts Pavilion, it’s programs, venue policies and safety plan and be able to communicate information in a courteous manner.
- Support Standards for Excellence accreditation, processes, and other nonprofit accreditations that further the expertise and effectiveness of the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation
- Manage food and beverage for artists and their crew and ensure the backstage area meets the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation service standards and artist needs within budget.
- Set up and breakdown of all backstage areas for each performance, as directed.
- Local transportation of artists and crew in company provided vehicles, maintaining safety and confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must have a good work ethic and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must be responsible and courteous with great communication skills.
- Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.
- Must be able to safeguard confidential information.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and can remain organized in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must have a valid US driver's license.
- Must possess or obtain Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Server certificate.
- Must possess or obtain CPR certification.
- Must successfully complete all required employment forms.
