ABOUT THE ROLE
Our growth has created additional opportunities for the right person to join our team. And, to continue our success, we employ people who value the same things we do. Right now, we have an opening for an Accountantlocated in the Northern Colorado surrounding areato support our growing business needs and multiple financial entities.
Our Accounting Assistant will:
- Help maintain financial records and accounts for multiple growing companies
- Prepare monthly invoices and supporting reports
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry directly into QuickBooks Online
- Collect and digitally store financial documentation such as W9s, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare monthly client reports and updates
- Assist with credit card entry and reconciliation
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Intercompany account reconciliations
- Compliance tracking on all vendors
- Assist with vendor, partner, or owner payment/billing questions
- This role is Part-Time 10-25 hours, depending on what works best for you
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who:
- Has a High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
- Has at least one-year experience in Bookkeeping
- Possesses the ability to process financial information accurately, with excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Is a quick learner with knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Wants to be part of a team but can work independently with minimal supervision
- Understands the need to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion

- Lack proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks Online
