Are you interested in working with children? Do you have experience as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Or have you raised children of your own? If so, we invite you to join our Back-Up Care Team, where you'll have the opportunity to work with several families based on your schedule preferences. We currently have part-time positions available in the Seattle and Eastside areas.
As a Back-Up Care Nanny you will:
- Care for children in-home
- No household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child!
- Support families who need care for children ranging from infant through school-age.
- Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development.
Experience and education requirements include:
- At least 17.5 years of age
- Experience working with children, paid or unpaid with at least 2 references speaking to childcare work
- Reliable transportation and cell phone
- Your willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
- Commitment to be communicative and responsive to staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family!
- Are or willing to be CPR certified
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
