Job Description:
Description: The HRIS Specialist provides HR data reporting, HR analytics and support for HR systems implementation. This position plays a critical role in data integrity and is a liaison to IT, and Payroll.
Typical Duties:
- Receive, review, audit, and approve onboarding documentation from the Talent Consultants to onboard new employees.
Process pay rate changes, status changes, terminations, and personal data changes in the HRIS system.
Responds to management and employee inquiries with analytical research regarding information documented in the HRIS system
Assists with department projects relating to employee updates
- Work closely with the other HR Departments (Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Total Rewards) to ensure employee data is accurate and processes between departments are operating at optimum efficiency.
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
