Summary
As an Office Assistant, you will be essential in supporting office operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your skills in clerical tasks, customer service, and computer literacy to manage phone communications and assist with data entry. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Office and organizational skills will contribute to a well-organized workspace, helping us maintain a high standard of service and support for our clients.
Job tasks may include and are not limited to
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Set up new client accounts and ensure proper forms are completed
- Collect and post deposited checks
- Write client appreciation cards
- Prepare and send Client Correspondence
- Scan documents into CRM system for accurate recording
- Order office equipment and supplies
- Perform office housekeeping
Our ideal candidate would be organized, friendly, detail-oriented, have computer skills, and have a solid ability to prioritize tasks. Microsoft Office experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Schedule:
