Responsibilities:
- Review of the day to day accounting activity
- Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the following items:
- payroll
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- Review and or prepare account reconciliations for the following statements:
- banking
- credit card
- vendor accounts
- contract invoices
- Review setup of new employees and new projects
- Input and setup of new assets
- 5 years full charge Bookkeeper Experience
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of accounting software
- Bilingual is strongly preferred
