Responsibilities :
Review of the day to day accounting activity
Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the following items : payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Review and or prepare account reconciliations for the following statements :
banking
credit card
vendor accounts
contract invoices
Review setup of new employees and new projects
Input and setup of new assets
Qualifications :
5 years full charge Bookkeeper Experience
Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of accounting software
Bilingual is strongly preferred
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, has ambition, takes initiative, and possesses the leadership and management skills
