We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations on construction sites.
Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling.
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing schedule-related insights that affect project costs.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors regarding scheduling needs and changes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all scheduling activities, including updates and revisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles and practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and terminology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
