Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Architect
Location: Lenexa, KS (Hybrid Role)
Duration : Fulltime

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions in a manufacturing, supply chain, or telecommunications environment is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Advanced knowledge of Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Logic Apps, APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and scalability requirements in enterprise solutions.
• Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table, working as a thought leader passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong desire to build and maintain established relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
