MS Dynamics 365 Architect
Hybrid - Overland Park, KS (3-days in office)
Full Time: $130-165k a year and benefits
Must have 5 years of experience as a D365 Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations) using Power Platform, workflows, and plugins.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 development, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration designs.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that meet evolving needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and training for users.
- Articulating architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions in a manufacturing, supply chain, or telecommunications environment is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Engagement. · Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Logic Apps, APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and scalability requirements in enterprise solutions.
- Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table, working as a thought leader passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong desire to build and maintain established relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to stay ahead of emerging trends. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience in the telecommunications or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning in Dynamics 365 solutions.
