Order to Cash and understanding of ERP tools - SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365. Understanding how sales team uses POS data for planning. Understand, analyze and explain process maps to technical teams. Mapping data and getting ready for downstream. Data Management on POS data***
No migration, we just want experience with ERPs in general. And around business processes it will be Order-to-cash and experience with revenue management module.***
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team to execute a critical project around Point-of-Sale Data Management and Analytics. The initial term of the contract will be 6 months with the option to extend it for another 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP), as well as in-depth understanding of Point-of-Sale data and its applications across different business processes and functions (Sales, supply chain, etc.). This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements around usage of Point-of-Sale data across different business processes and functions.
- Document current processes around POS data management across different regions, identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist with project planning, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Actively participate in solution development process to address business challenges, including potential system changes or process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and point-of-sale data/analytics.
- Strong knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data processes and workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
