Position Summary
Lead accounting and administrative operations, with a focus on construction project accounting. Collaborate with management and teams across the organization.
- Oversee monthly requisitions, project forecasts (CTC/WIP), and cash positions.
- 4 years of construction accounting experience.
- Monitor over/under billings and high-risk projects.
- Manage subcontractor compliance (insurance, lien releases, waivers).
- Prepare and track cash forecasts, SG&A budgets, and monthly P&L forecasts.
- Finalize WIP reports and present results to management.
- Track and report backlog and CapEx requirements.
- Manage warehouse, inventory, and equipment accounting.
- Act as a liaison between risk management and project teams.
- Represent finance in divisional, corporate, client, and project meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business - Required
- Job cost accounting.
- Work in Process (WIP).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively with management.
- Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Dedicated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
