Network Engineer I – NOC (Entry Level)

Description

We are now seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Network Engineer I in our Lubbock, TX office. Job Type : Full-time, non-supervisory

On-call : Required

Travel : Occasional

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and maintain customer network infrastructure.
• Create and manage tickets for network issues.
• Troubleshoot network and server problems.
• Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades on customer equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Develop knowledgebase solutions for common issues.
• Work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
• Efficiently handle incoming / outgoing calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
