Network Engineer III- NOC

Description

We are now seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Network Engineer III in our Lubbock, TX office. Location : Lubbock, TX

Job Type : Full-time, non-supervisory

On-call : Required

Travel : Occasional

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and server problems.
• Serve as one of the primary escalation points for complex network issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Lead meetings with NOC customers.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained on tickets.
• Develop and train on NOC processes and procedures.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Develop and implement advanced network solutions and architectures.
• Stay up to date with emerging network technologies and trends.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for customer network initiatives.
• Work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
