Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in planting, digging, and maintaining gardens, trees, and shrubs.
- Perform hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Carry out routine groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance is advantageous.
- Knowledge of garden care techniques, tree care practices, and hardscaping methods is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively throughout the day.
