- Develop and execute project development and execution strategies, including contracting plans, material management plans, and integrated project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including maintenance, operations, and safety personnel.
- Evaluate project economics and develop AFEs (Authority for Expenditure).
- Oversee the management of change (MOC) process and perform root cause analysis (RCA) when necessary.
- Determine project development and execution strategies, including contracting plans, material management plans, and integrated project schedules.
- Utilize the capital deployment process for project development and execution.
- Manage and forecast project costs.
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, plant engineering standards, and equipment standards.
- Collaborate with various departments across the site, including operations, maintenance, and support groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Experience in project management, specifically electrical projects surrounding capital equipment.
- Knowledge of high voltage/power systems in the electrical realm.
- Engineer in training certificate or professional engineering license preferred.
