We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position requires an ability to multitask, solve problems and interact with external contacts. A successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of organizational administrative practices.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Take and relay messages to the appropriate party.
- Proficiency in data entry
- Strong background in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Assist in daily office needs
- Be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Distribute documents.
- Meet deadlines while working independently
