Our client, a manufacturing company in the Leigh Valley area is searching for a Sr. HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and will supervise two HR Generalists who support compliance documentation, employee relations initiatives, and labor relations administration, ensuring effective implementation of collective bargaining agreements and workplace policies.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Business Partnership
- Work closely with the Chief Supply Chain leadership team to understand the function,
vision, and devise an HR plan that supports the achievement of the supply chain vision
acquisition, talent management and learning needs for supply chain function are met
Labor Relations
Employee Relations
bargaining members.
Compliance Management
Qualifications :
partner to the supply chain / manufacturing function, 5 of which in a leadership capacity
